Basic Course

The BASIC COURSE consists of one three hour theory session followed by a full day in the forest within an hour's drive of Melbourne in small groups.

The course will demonstrate the best and safest way to use your vehicle, without damage to the environment. With practice in stall stop and key start recovery, debogging, steep up and down hill, river crossings and the best way to handle obstacles.

There will be demonstrations of recovery equipment and its uses, spares which should be carried, accessories that are available and different driving techniques.
